Anthropological Index Online
Articles from journals held by The Anthropology Library at the British Museum. Covers all branches of anthropology including cultural anthropology, archaeology, biological anthropology, and linguistics. 1950's to present.
Indigenous Peoples of the Americas: History, Culture & Law (HeinOnline)
Includes treaties, federal statutes and regulations, federal case law, tribal codes, constitutions, and jurisprudence dedicated to American Indian Law.
Sociological Abstracts
Journal articles, books, and other resources on all aspects of sociology and related disciplines. Subjects include demography, environmental interactions, family and social welfare, social psychology, human biology, women's studies, health, medicine, law, etc. 1952 to present; abstracts since 1974.
ICPSR (Inter-university Consortium for Political and Social Research)
ICPSR maintains a data archive of more than 250,000 files of research in the social and behavioral sciences. NMU is an institutional member but you will need to create an individual account in order to download datasets.
History Reference Center
Features full text for more than 1,620 reference books, encyclopedias and non-fiction books. Also includes full text for more than 150 periodicals, nearly 57,000 historical documents, more than 77,000 biographies; more than 113,000 historical photos and maps.
